I want to make a bot that has the following two functions.

1. A command to add a message to a queue. E.g., if I send a message to the bot "!a hello this is an example message", it will add this message to a queue. It will record the datetime and message content. I need to be able to add as many messages to the queue as I want

2. A command to retrieve all new messages off the queue. E.g. if I send a message to the bot "!r" it will send that sender all messages in the queue, and then deleted the queue

3. I want the app built in ruby on rails and hosted on heroku.

Looking for immediate start and very quick turnaround.
