Target: we want to give our service partners (bike shops in Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands) all tools and information they need for representing BZEN at our customers for Test Rides, Guarantee/Service work, lead generation for sales via our website. Therefore, we are considering to expand the existing BZEN e-commerce website under Shopify (https://bzenbikes-outlet.com/) We are looking for a lean and functional solution.

Basic functionalities:
• Closed area with individual login per Service Partner
• Multilingual (?): EN, DE, FR, BE
• User friendly menu for easy navigation through different areas of functionalities, i.e. colored tiles or buttons with icons (see example below)
• E-commerce for demo bikes and spare part orders
• Manuals (downloadable) and videos (embedded YouTube)
• Contact form with individual tracking number
