Role Overview:
I am seeking a highly skilled and proactive Digital Marketing and Automation Specialist to design, implement, and train me to manage an integrated back-end system to automate my marketing and event management processes. This role is pivotal in saving time, improving client engagement, and facilitating the scaling of my services.
Responsibilities:
● Evaluate my current digital marketing and operational needs to recommend and implement an integrated system that encompasses event management (with payments), email marketing, and client database management.
● Create and manage event pages on my Wix site that integrate with virtual meeting platforms like Zoom, ensuring seamless signup processes and effective integration.
● Integrate existing Stripe payment system with Wix website.
● Implement a system for collecting and managing email addresses and other client information, including the migration of existing data from spreadsheets into a chosen email marketing platform (e.g., Mailchimp or an alternative based on recommendation).
● Set up and train me to manage automated marketing campaigns for event invitations, tracking response rates, and optimizing engagement strategies.
● Offer training and support in using the implemented systems to ensure sustained effectiveness and efficiency in operations.
Key Requirements:
● Backend technical experience, including website building, platform service integrations, payments, and automation
● Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on automation tools and event marketing.
● Proficient in using platforms like Wix, Eventbrite, Zoom, Mailchimp (or similar), and ClickFunnels (or recommended alternatives).
● Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and provide training.
● Ability to work independently, with a keen understanding of the challenges and needs of a new, budget-conscious business.

Hourly Range: $16.00-$35.00
