I am looking to have a webpage built around a form (Paperform.com looks like a good platform to use as it could feed into my CRM). It ideally would have a short video embedded along with text that explains the purpose of it. Users who are interested would fill-out a number of fields on the form and that would dump into my CRM, possibly via Zapier. There would be TWO sites, but one would differ slightly by having a different video embedded and slightly different data gathered. I am unsure of a budget at this time as I don’t know how big the scope of work would be. I’ll have the videos professionally completed and I think the rest of it would be fairly straightforward for someone seasoned in building webpages with forms.
