I have 30 operatives (split into 3 groups). I need them to compile information in a standard template Google Sheet file. These sheets would need to be consolidated in real time into a number of master data sheet files viz (1) a top level master sheet consolidating all data and  (2) 3 x 2nd level master sheets, each consolidating sheets from one of the 3 operative groups ie each consolidating 8-10 operative files). Apart from the operative data, the master sheets would contain also templates allowing for manual extension of the consolidated data. There may be a requirement that the extended data would feed back into the operatives file. The realtime consolidated data would also need to be merged with other data in the master files and presented in a suite of reports / dashbpards. Operatives may not have 100% connectivity to internet, so the solution would need to work in offline mode. Operative data entry would be by mobile phone.

Hourly Range: $20.00-$30.00
