We run an e-commerce brand selling products in the Home & Garden industry.

We move FAST and are always testing new:
– Landing pages,
– Checkout pages
– Product pages

The goal is constantly be trying to improve landing page performance, conversion rate, and increase sales.

BUT… one of our big challenges is finding team members who have web development skills while ALSO having a keen eye for design and a UX / UI design focus.

We’re looking for a web developer that has an eye for conversion focused design, ENJOYS being creative, and enjoys the process of creating beautiful landing pages.

TASKS YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE:
– Use Figma to mockup new landing page designs
– Create a new landing page in our page builders based on the design
– Recreate "pixel perfect" landing pages based on examples from other sites
– Implement custom code fixes when we need custom functionality on landing pages, checkout pages, and upsell pages.
– Use a document of sales copy written by a copywriter and add it to one of our landing page templates to build a new page. Ensure text is formatted correctly and looks pixel perfect on every device.

This is a LONG TERM role of 20 – 30 hours per week for the next 6 – 12 months at a minimum.

REQUIREMENTS:
– MUST be fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking.
– MUST have examples of previous landing pages built and designed
– MUST be willing to get started in the next 48 hours
– MUST have a design focus, a HIGH ATTENTION TO DETAIL, check all work before submitting it, and ensure every design is "Pixel Perfect"
– MUST know how to mockup landing pages using Figma and modify images on Photoshop.
– MUST be experienced with JS, CSS, and HTML
