We are looking for an (almost) full-time WordPress/Shopify web developer.  Beyond the technical knowledge, being responsible and responsive is going to be the most important part of this role.  We will regularly communicate over Slack during US EST hours and be serving a wide range of different customers.

The next most important part of this is not having all the information for a project.  Our customers rely on us for solutions, and not giving us everything we need to figure out a problem.  This makes it a lot more fun anyway.

Most of the sites we are building utilize Elementor or WPBakery, but we do have some totally custom coded sites.

Being able to understand US English will be important as well as all of our customers are US customers.

We focus on a lot of Christian ministry websites, small e-commerce, and some restaurant sites.
