The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile app development, with expertise in both iOS and Android platforms.
About the Project:
Our project involves developing a mobile application aimed at promoting focus and productivity by minimizing digital distractions. The app, tentatively named "LOCK IN," will allow users to set distraction-free periods during which access to specific apps or browsing sessions will be restricted. Users will have the flexibility to choose the duration of these distraction-free periods and will be charged a fixed penalty fee each time they attempt to access restricted content during the selected period.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with the project lead to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
– Develop the core functionalities of the "LOCK IN" app for both iOS and Android platforms.
– Implement in-app payment systems to facilitate penalty fees for users attempting to access restricted content.
– Integrate secure authentication and data encryption protocols to ensure user privacy and security.
– Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve any technical issues or bugs.
– Work closely with the UI/UX designer to ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in mobile app development for iOS and/or Android platforms, with a strong portfolio of previous projects.
– Proficiency in programming languages such as Swift (for iOS) and/or Kotlin/Java (for Android).
– Experience with in-app payment integration and secure transaction processing.
– Knowledge of mobile app security best practices and data encryption techniques.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
