We need a part-time graphic designer to support us 2-5 hours a week with punctual design tasks such as presentations, diagrams, and brand development.

The objective of this position is to provide flexible, on-demand design support by quickly delivering high-quality visual assets that meet brand guidelines and help achieve marketing and communication goals.

Areas of Responsibility

– Create wireframes and prototypes to conceptualize the structure and workflow of the website. This includes things like site maps, user flows, screen layouts, etc
– Collaborate with internal team to understand project goals and requirements
– Develop creative design concepts and layouts for various projects (presentations, diagrams, etc)
– Present design work and revisions in a timely manner
– Incorporate feedback from team and iterate designs accordingly
– Ensure final designs and files meet specifications for intended use

– Ability to fully adapt designs to web format
– Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
– Flexibility to accommodate variable on-demand workload (within a given range)
– Ability to fully adapt designs to web format

Knowledge

– Proficiency with design software (Figma and Adobe Creative Suite)
– Understanding of UX/UI
– Experience in video editing

Experience

– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field
– 2+ years of experience designing for digital media
– Strong portfolio showcasing visual design skills across mediums

Hourly Range: $20.00-$26.00
