Job Description:
We are looking for a highly proficient Zoho One Expert who possesses in-depth knowledge of all applications within the Zoho One suite and has a proven track record of developing custom integrations using Deluge scripting language. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our use of Zoho One applications, streamlining processes, and creating seamless integrations to enhance our overall efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:
– Serve as the primary point of contact for all Zoho One-related inquiries, issues, and enhancements.
– Assess business requirements and design, develop, and implement customized solutions using Zoho One applications.
– Develop and maintain custom integrations between Zoho One applications and external systems using Deluge scripting language.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
– Provide training and support to end-users to maximize utilization and effectiveness of Zoho One applications.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Zoho One and recommend best practices for implementation.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Zoho One Expert with expertise in all applications within the suite.
– Extensive experience developing custom integrations using Deluge scripting language.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
– Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho Developer, Zoho Creator) are a plus.
