We are a creative learning agency. Aligned with our mission to change the way people think about learning, we want to shape their learning experience and make an impact that would support their growth in the workplace and overall life. We have been able to support some great companies in building their eLearning courses. To scale and move away from creating a course only for one company, we want to provide learning support to many companies through on-demand courses and a customizable content delivery platform.

In phases, we are developing a content delivery platform to house our courses and learning programs for our customers. Our goal is to provide end-to-end support to small businesses, startups, authors, coaches, leadership development firms, professional associations, and non-profits.

About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong development skills and some experience developing a learning platform. You will be responsible for writing code from scratch, utilizing the front-end designs and code from Figma, reviewing code with our CTO, and maintaining the code. You will report directly to Founder/ CEO and work with the CTO as well. Our goal is to build an MVP of the learning experience platform and allow beta testers to try it as we build out the other features within the year.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Experience with Javascript/ Typescript, Angular, HTML, CSS, React, and PHP for front end.
Experience with Phyton and/or Node.js
Experience with any source control systems like GitHub
Experience developing a learning platform
Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL
Experience using Google Cloud or AWS
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and decision-making skills
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Adapt quickly and easily to changing requirements and needs
Work independently as well as collaboratively
Proficient in Google Suite and project management tools.

Education and Experience:
Four (4) or more years of experience as a full stack developer with experience with front end and backend stack.
Good knowledge of software development practices and principles (Clean code, refactoring, agile, etc)
Experience with building software in small chucks
Experience using Figma for frontend design
Experience using GitHub to store and versioning the code
Good communication and usage of Slack
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
Must have a portfolio of work or case studies to talk through or a sample project or activity would be required.

Hourly Range: $25.00-$35.00
