We are launching an exciting new business venture and need a skilled virtual assistant to help us set up our Shopify store from scratch. This business has never been established before, so we’re looking for someone who can handle content uploading, manage day-to-day operations, and collaborate with an artist to create engaging content.

Responsibilities:

Shopify Setup: Install and configure Shopify on our domain.
Product Upload: Upload product listings, including images, descriptions, and pricing.
Content Management: Collaborate with our artist to create visually appealing content for product pages, banners, and social media.
Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels, restocking, and product availability.
Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, order processing, and returns.
SEO Optimization: Optimize product descriptions and meta tags for better search visibility.
Collaboration: Work closely with our artist to ensure consistent branding and engaging visuals.

Requirements:

Experience: Prior experience with Shopify setup, product uploading, and virtual assistance.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in content uploading and inventory management.
Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Creativity: A keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to work with an artist.
Create:  Create content, Virtual merchandising, Print on Demand.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Shopify, including theme customization and app integration.
Familiarity with product listing, SEO, and inventory management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
