We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Android Lead with experience in Adobe Analytics to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Android development and experience working with Adobe Analytics tools.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and mentor a team of Android developers, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.
2. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications using best practices and coding standards.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
4. Implement and configure Adobe Analytics solutions within Android applications, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of user behavior and engagement.
5. Optimize application performance and usability based on analytics insights and user feedback.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest Android development trends and technologies, and continuously improve development processes and workflows.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. 8+ years of experience in Android application development, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
3. Proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages, as well as Android SDK and Android Studio.
4. Understanding of Adobe Analytics tools and experience implementing analytics solutions in Android applications.
5. Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
7. Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

Hourly Range: $16.00-$18.00
