Description:
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Ruby on Rails developer. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with Ruby on Rails and will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust, scalable web applications.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements for web applications using Ruby on Rails.
– Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
– Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
– Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and functionality of web applications.
– Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
– Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Ruby on Rails and web development technologies.
– Participate in sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and other agile ceremonies to ensure project milestones are met.
