**Job Overview:**

We’re searching for a dynamic Webflow Developer to oversee our Webflow site, ensuring it remains not only functional but also ahead of the curve. You’ll be responsible for managing CSS classes, implementing updates, creating engaging landing pages, and integrating email providers, among other duties. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and a proactive approach to website management.

**Key Responsibilities**

– Manage and optimize CSS classes to ensure a cohesive and responsive design.
– Implement changes and updates to the website as required, maintaining a seamless user experience.
– Design and build compelling landing pages that align with our marketing strategies and enhance user engagement.
– Integrate email marketing providers into our Webflow site, facilitating effective communication and marketing campaigns.
– Collaborate closely with our marketing team to ensure website functionality supports our broader sales and marketing goals.
– Monitor website performance and make adjustments as needed to improve speed, SEO, and user experience.
– Stay abreast of the latest Webflow features and web development trends to continuously improve our site.

**Qualifications**

– Proven experience in managing and developing websites using Webflow.
– Strong understanding of CSS, HTML, and other web development languages as they relate to Webflow.
– Experience in designing and building landing pages, with a keen eye for user experience and design.
– Familiarity with integrating and managing email marketing providers like ConvertKit within Webflow.
– Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
