Overview.
We are seeking an agency with extensive experience, organizational skills, and professionalism in WordPress development to provide assistance in the design, update, and review all developments made by IT Web Developers on the TSG platform. The agency will ensure the quality of developments and deployments by validating that their interaction with existing systems does not affect the performance of operations. Additionally, the agency will be responsible for ongoing platform auditing, server maintenance, and relevant system updates to ensure proper performance of deployed developments in production. This dynamic role requires anticipating needs, critical thinking, and providing solutions with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Scope of services.
• Design, Update and maintain servers.
• Manage databases and ensure system security.
• Stay informed about the latest data protection and security threats, mitigating risks according to industry standards.
• Document processes and conduct diagnostic tests.
• Develop A/B tests to optimize TSG operations.
• Refactor the current platform code to enhance load times and data handling capabilities.
• Validate the design and implementation of new features, enhancements, and content of existing WordPress websites before production deployment.
• Troubleshoot PHP, MySQL, and CSS issues related to websites.
• Manage integrations with third-party APIs to validate performance.
• Maintain relationships with all service providers actively used in TSG developments.
• Update and maintain website content.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications.
• Demonstrated experience and expertise in WordPress development as an agency.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Extensive experience in website development and creating custom websites.
• Proficiency in server management.
• Proficiency in cybersecurity with knowledge of current trends in protection against cyber-attacks.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress and WooCommerce.
• Expertise in WordPress website development.
• Familiarity with existing native WordPress functions.
• Experience in creating plugins/widgets adhering to WordPress standards.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
• Strong understanding of Python, GitHub, PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience integrating third-party services such as Mailgun, Postmark, WordPress, Bitrix24.
• Experience designing interfaces for Bitrix24 platforms.
• Ability to create custom post types and integrate themes/templates.
• Familiarity with web standards and usability.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, well-documented, and reusable code.

Hourly Range: $13.00-$17.00
