Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front-End Developer to join our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET, HTML5, and CSS, with optional experience in React and XSLT. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our web applications, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and performant.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the project team to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Develop and maintain front-end features and functionalities using .NET, React, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5.
* Experience using BrowserStack and cross-browser / cross-platform testing.
* Implement responsive and mobile-friendly design principles to ensure a seamless user experience across various devices and screen sizes.
* Optimize the performance of web applications to ensure fast loading times and smooth user interactions.
* Debug and resolve front-end issues and bugs, ensuring the highest quality of the end product.
* Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies to continuously improve our web applications.
* Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
* Support service by Skype.
* Proficient in English.
* Experience in versioning control, preferably in GitHub and Visual Studio 2022.
* Familiarity with RESTful APIs and the ability to integrate them into web applications.

Requirements:
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
* Own a business computer with antivirus and good RAM capacity.
* Have a high-speed Internet connection for video conferences (indispensable). You must also be able to connect to a proxy server (indispensable).
* Uninterrupted availability for a minimum of 40 hours per week, preferably between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Central Time. Sometimes, after-hours or weekend work might be required.
