We have a WordPress website that sells listings and we would like each listing has an RSVP form. The form needs to be dynamic which means during the creation of the listing the user can add questions and add their answers which could be multiple choice or a textarea.

The answers need to show on the stats page which the page already exists you just need to add the feature to show the result from the form and the user can export the results to a CSV file. One last feature is to be able to choose by event (can give a better explanation)

We have an exact example of how the form wants to be and we can share it with you as soon as we agree we can also show what we have in mind exactly.
