Parrolabs is currently seeking a meticulous QA Manual Specialist to conduct a thorough review of our website, which comprises 85 pages, including numerous blog posts. The primary focus will be to identify and log issues related to usability, functionality, and content accuracy. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and user experience by ensuring our site meets the highest standards of quality. Access to our ClickUp system will be provided for efficient issue tracking and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Website Audit: Perform a comprehensive manual review of all 85 pages on the Parrolabs website, with a keen focus on identifying errors, bugs, and areas for improvement.
Issue Logging: Document and log all findings into our ClickUp system with detailed descriptions, potential impacts, and suggested fixes for each issue identified.
Usability Testing: Evaluate the website for user experience and usability, ensuring intuitive navigation and optimal performance across different devices and browsers.
Content Review: Assess the accuracy and relevance of content on all pages, especially blog posts, highlighting any discrepancies or outdated information.
Collaboration: Work closely with the web development and content teams to prioritize and address issues, providing clear and actionable feedback.
Quality Assurance Best Practices: Apply best practices in QA testing and maintain up-to-date knowledge of QA methodologies and tools.
Requirements:

Proven experience in QA manual testing, particularly with websites.
Familiarity with usability and accessibility standards.
Ability to identify and clearly document bugs and issues.
Experience with issue tracking systems, ClickUp experience preferred.
Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
Fluent in English to ensure effective communication and documentation.

Hourly Range: $10.00-$27.00
