Seeking to build a webapp that will allow a general user to identify, describe, and and submit an image of trash at a location, which will then be able to be assigned either automatically or manually to a volunteer / worker user who will then clean. Think simple bug tracking with geo-tagging, photo attachment, with the ability to produce a generic report for the tickets produced. The purpose of the application would be for users to identify illegal trash in their neighborhood and someone else to resolve it. This is a piece of work we hope to hand off with someone with more ability to own it long term, and we want an MVP. Budget is small but flexible with timing flexibility for delivery.

Hourly Range: $5.00-$50.00
