We are a startup preparing to launch the MVP for our existing project in the next 2-3 months. We are looking for an experienced software architect and lead engineer to join our team long-term and guide the product architecture and engineering efforts.

Responsibilities:
– Make key decisions on architecture, frameworks, infrastructure.
– Own full stack development responsibilities across front-end, backend, APIs, infrastructure.
– Mentor and guide more junior engineers on the team.
– Continuously improve architecture and code quality to support business needs and scale.
– Research and integrate new technologies like AI/ML where it can add value. AI/ML experience is a plus.

Requirements:
– 7+ years experience designing and building complex web/mobile applications.
– Deep expertise with modern web stacks – React, Next, Tailwind, AWS or other cloud platforms.
– Passion for building high quality, scalable and maintainable products.
– Strong technical leadership skills and ability to communicate complex topics clearly.

Hourly Range: $25.00-$50.00
