STARTUP PROFILE:
UpLaw is a Legal Tech Startup based in NSTP (Islamabad).
We are developing a digital/robot lawyer powered by Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning along with an online legal services marketplace connecting users with Verified Lawyers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a skilled React Native App developer or an App development agency with expertise in Artificial Intelligence and machine learning to join our team on a partnership basis.
The responsibilities for this role include designing, coding, testing, and debugging mobile applications, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
You will work alongside the CEO as a key member. This is a full-time hybrid role located in NUST Islamabad, with flexibility for some remote work.

QUALIFICATIONS:
– Expertise in App development frameworks such as React Native, AngularJS, Vue, NodeJS etc.
– Experience with cloud hosting, Container Management and Deployment.
– Expertise with developing and integrating API’s.
– Understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, and standards.
– Good coding skills in relevant programming languages.
– Self-starter who is comfortable in a dynamic startup environment.

BROADER TERMS:
– Being a Startup we can pay a basic stipend at the moment. But we’re open to negotiate a Compensation Package in advance once the Seed Funding round has been raised.
– PKR 15-20K per month stipend
– Leading to a Job Offer and onboarding as Team member
– 3% share in any awards/grants won by Startup at National or International Level.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing React Native applications and a deep understanding of AI and ML concepts. They should be able to develop robust and efficient mobile apps that leverage AI and ML technologies to deliver exceptional user experiences.  Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
