We provide various digital services to our clients.  That can range from updating content on a CMS website to building custom software.  The smaller tasks are managed via a ticketing system. We need an extremely detail-oriented, professional to review tickets marked ‘ready for review’ and confirm that the request was met accurately, completely, and at high quality, and that the sites look great and work perfectly.

Many checks will be fairly quick, small, and reviewing fronted work only.  Some checks will be more complex, some would require validating correct functionality.  All testing is manual.

Not required, but the ability to conduct code reviews for best practice coding is a plus (primarily on a LAMP stack along with HTML, CSS javascript).

If you have the experience, occasionally, we may ask you to create and execute test plans.

More extensive application testing may also be requested for app development projects.  This would include various types of testing such as functional, integration, regression, etc.

The small tasks are managed via a ticketing system.  When a ticket is set to ‘ready for QA review’ you are notified via email so that you may validate the work. The goal is to review the work as soon as possible after the work is complete.

Time requirement would be approximately an average of 1 – 3 hours per day, Monday – Friday with new tickets coming in primarily during the hours of 10a – 2p Central time so that would be the time that we need a tester monitoring for tickets and validating the work.

Hourly Range: $10.00-$15.00
