Goal: To create a comprehensive online yoga and wellness membership website with diverse content, interactive features, and a global community presence for a yoga teacher.

High level Deliverables:
-Web design on figma
-Web development on web flow/ alternative platform
-Option: to sign a further contract to manage website maintenance

Website deliverables:

1. On demand yoga content library with workshops + courses:
   – Repository for individual Yoga classes
   – Repository for Yoga courses (Yoga content to be supplied by Yoga teacher)

2. In person classes + course booking system:
Option to book in person classes and courses
Class management system

4. Membership access feature:
   – Initial free access, requiring email registration
   – Free talks and short yoga classes available to all
   – Second phase introduces a membership paywall for certain content (to be turned on and off on demand)

5. Community section:
   – Members-only page with link to office hours and chat group
    – Blog section: This will showcase knowledge and wisdom from various sources which promotes a broader wellness approach beyond yoga and documents, client’s history and journeys across the world (content provided by Yoga teacher)

5. Language: English Website + Chinese Website:
Initial website build in English
Translation into Mandarin will be made in collaboration with Yoga teacher and a translator
Mandarin website will be accessible to those in China
