We have an app with being used by native Spanish speakers. We need to expand support for Haitian Creole.

The app has three subcomponents:
1) applicant app
2) reviewer dashboard
3) backend

The steps of the project are as follows:
1) update the applicant app for haitan creole (text to be provided)
2) generate audio using our TTS system, add support in applicant app
3) work with team to send writes from the applicant app to the backend
4) update reviewer dashboard to read Haitian Creole entries from the backend

The two components, except the backend, are relatively simple node.js apps hosted on vercel.
