Billing:
• Generate bills and invoices for Admin and Client Master users and give option to export to excel format
• Provider option to upload photo or scanned copy of the payment receipt from bank against the invoice by client master and admin will verify payment made by manually checking the bank.
Printing and Downloading
• Print shipping labels directly from the application (Will provide arrange of printing devices)
• Download shipping labels in PDF or image format
• Provide options for label size and orientation
Label Tracking:
• Track shipments using carrier-provided tracking numbers directly on our web app
• Display shipment status updates (e.g., in transit, delivered)
• Provide notifications for important shipment events by email or even by text(by the email provided during sending)
Integration with Shipping Carriers:
• Integrate with APIs of shipping carriers for real-time rate calculation and label generation
Batch Processing:
• Generate shipping labels in bulk for multiple packages.
• Upload CSV or Excel files containing shipping details for batch processing and provide error notification if the address on information or address provided is incorrect before processing the batch
History and Reporting:
• Maintain a history of generated shipping labels
• View and search past shipments
• Generate reports on shipping activity, costs, and trends
Compliance and Regulations:
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and standards (e.g., hazardous materials handling)
• Include necessary information on labels for international shipments (e.g., customs declarations)

• Validate input data to prevent errors in label generation
• Provide error messages and prompts for correcting invalid inputs
Customization and Branding:
