Position Overview:

As a Graphic Designer specializing in web and UI/UX, you will collaborate with our marketing, product development, and technology teams to create visually compelling and user-friendly designs. Key Responsibilities:

Web Design: Develop visually appealing and responsive web designs that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our messaging.

Conceptualization and Ideation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas, taking into account user feedback and industry best practices.

Prototyping and Wireframing: Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize design concepts and iterate on UI/UX solutions based on user testing and feedback.

Graphic Asset Creation: Design and produce high-quality graphic assets, including icons, illustrations, and infographics, to enhance visual storytelling and user engagement.

Brand Compliance: Maintain consistency with our brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and unified brand experience.

Stay Current with Design Trends: Keep abreast of emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our digital designs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on web and UI/UX design, preferably in the financial services industry or a related field.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, or Figma.

Strong understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and UI/UX best practices.

Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Marvel) and familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and rationale.
