Create web based platform that allows for customers to log in by invitation and make service requests for their projects with ability to upload documents.  Our Dispatcher will then fulfill the service request using the same system that connects API to goformz application that will issue a dispatch ticket and pull from our project info database within Goformz.

This system will also allow the Dispatcher to select the forms the assigned user will need to complete (in Goformz) when they fulfill the service request.  It will create the forms and then transfer to the assigned user.  

This system will also send reminders for all incomplete reports to the assigned users until complete.  

Need ability to run reports.
