I run a website called Find My Place which is, essentially, a search engine for student housing. I need a reliable expert WordPress developer who can work quickly and efficiently, getting paid on a per-project basis (not hourly).

I am looking to make many small adjustments to the site, improving the product and adding some additional features. However, I want someone I can count on to prioritize this work and get things done in a timely manner. I’ve had a lot of experience working with this website so I have an idea of how long projects should take and can give specific instructions on what I want done.

Candidates need to be able to:
– Have good English skills
– Expert in WordPress development
– Add and modify custom code on our current theme
– Be committed to longer-term work (3+months), if they can perform
– Complete the first project in a TIMELY and EFFICIENT manner (Please provide the time estimate it will take you to complete this project). Link to the first project is pasted below.

I have an urgent project to start you out on that’s pretty simple–it will just be changing an icon that is displayed on our listings depending on if they are signed with our company or not (I’ll explain more when we get into it). This will be a trial run. If all goes well, I will gladly keep adding milestones for you to work on more tasks–you will never run out of projects to work on, and I’ll make sure to clearly communicate each fix and project as it comes up. The more efficient you can ship out code, the more/faster you will get paid.

Hourly Range: $20.00-$40.00
