We are at the final stage of developing a Job Board website for one of our clients. We are looking for an experienced Webflow Developer to join our team and do the following tasks:

– Convert the current single-page onboarding form for candidates into a seamless multistep onboarding process.
– Implement a premium plan in Memberstack for employers, restricting access to the candidate list based on their subscription level. The candidate list is done. We just need to hide it conditionally.
– Optimize the job post form on the employer side for a more efficient user experience.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in Webflow development with a focus on user experience.
– Familiarity with Make and Memberstack.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Provide  examples of job board sites you’ve built, ideally with a loom going through flow &/or read only links to the Webflow sites.
