As we continue to expand our team, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Leader Cloud Consultant to play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our cloud infrastructure and services.

Scope of Service:
Design, develop, test, implement, maintain, and continually improve the cloud management service to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Document technical solutions required to support complex business systems and integrations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Manage infrastructure and operational platforms, overseeing day-to-day operations to meet service level agreements and customer expectations.
Support the production and development of innovative solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer needs effectively.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
Evaluate the impact of changes and additions on systems, applications, and hosted services, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
Participate in an after-hours on-call support schedule rotation, responding promptly to Cloud infrastructure incidents and resolving issues efficiently.
Adhere to security standards and best management practices, continuously seeking performance improvements and implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks.
Provide key input to senior leadership to plan the roadmap, suggesting new ways to leverage current cloud capabilities and drive innovation.
Mentor and coach junior engineers, collaborating with managers and product owners to plan Sprints, allocate resources, and release automation initiatives.

Requirements:
Proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
More than 2 years of experience in AWS or Azure, with a deep understanding of cloud management control and best practices.
Strong knowledge of continuous integration, infrastructure automation, implementation automation, and container concepts, including container orchestration.
Previous leadership experience within a management team, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks, communicate effectively, and influence cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
