We’re in search of a skilled WooCommerce Developer fluent in English and German to address and fix the following issues in our WooCommerce System:

1. New Subscription Processing:
Resolve the issue of a new subscription not processing through Stripe and not showing up in the woocommerce system

2. Cancelled Subscriptions:
Fix the synchronization problem where cancelled subscriptions in WooCommerce still get booked in Stripe.

3. Automated Transaction Set- Up:
Develop an automated process to set up transactions in Stripe as soon as a membership subscription is initiated.

4. Manual Subscription Addition:
Identify and fix the obstacle preventing manual addition of subscriptions in the system.

5. Hold Status Modification:
Resolve the issue preventing the modification of subscription statuses, including transitioning from hold to cancelled.

6. Manually Upgrade/ Downgrade of Subscription
– Set- Up the manual option to upgrade or downgrade a subscription as admin

Requirements:

– Fluency in German and English: Clear communication skills in both languages.
– WooCommerce and Stripe Expertise: Proven experience in troubleshooting subscription-related issues in WooCommerce and resolving synchronization problems with Stripe.
– Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of PHP, database management, and automation processes in WooCommerce.

Hourly Range: $20.00-$80.00
