I am seeking a talented Virtual Assistant to assist in the web design and development of our client websites that are built on WordPress/Elementor.

The successful candidate must be willing to learn and should be available to respond to tasks quickly and efficiently Monday to Friday. Training of our systems and processes will be provided.

The successful candidate ideally should have experience using WordPress and Elementor.

Key tasks to complete include:
– Initial set up of WordPress website including customising settings, installing plugins, setting up menus.
– Website design and building using WordPress and Elementor according to the client’s brief.
– Mobile optimising the pages of the website
– Regularly updating plugins and WordPress across our client sites
– Posting blog articles that are optimised for SEO – including keywords, content and links
– Using Canva to select appropriate images for the website and adding alt image text based on keywords provided
– Responding to other related website tasks as they arise.

Experience using the following is desired but not essential:
– Using Slack for communicating with the team
– Clickup for project management

This job will be based on a casual hourly rate. Our business is growing so there is potential for long term work for the right candidate.

Hourly Range: $6.00-$12.00
