We are seeking assistance with implementing file download functionality in our Flutter app. The current code works correctly for the Android version but is not functioning on iOS.

The requirement is that upon tapping a button, the file should be downloaded, and a notification should be displayed to the users on both Android and iOS.

We are looking for someone with prior experience implementing this functionality on both Android and iOS platforms.
