About the Role:

As a Senior Graphic Designer & Wix Expert, you will be responsible for leading the creation of high-quality website designs using Wix for global clients on Fiverr. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, exceptional customer service, and meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and development of visually stunning websites tailored to meet client specifications.

2. Engage directly with clients, providing regular updates and expert design consultation.

3. Manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish, ensuring timely completion.

4. Incorporate client feedback efficiently to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

5. Stay updated on the latest web design trends and Wix platform updates, guiding team members as needed.

6. Collaborate with other freelancers on larger-scale projects, fostering a collaborative environment.

7. Oversee the redesign of one-page websites as part of skill assessment.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 6 years of comprehensive experience in graphic design and Wix website development.

2. Advanced proficiency in Wix design, including web design principles, UX/UI, SEO, and responsive design.

3. Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.

4. Impressive portfolio showcasing a diverse range of Wix website projects and graphic design work.

5. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects effectively.

6. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

7. Ability to successfully complete 15-20 projects monthly.

Note: This is a full-time position. No agencies. Applicants must be prepared to lead and mentor a team. Redesigning a one-page website is required for skill assessment.
