I would like to create a website, or an app on a Wix or Squarespace site, that gives a 49 question survey, saves the data to a database, uses the inputs to create additional data and analysis, then creates a report with data visualization charts. This should be behind a pay wall, but I should also have the ability to send someone a one time link to the tool that bypasses the paywall.

The user experience is a customer with a business who wants to better understand how they can improve their business. So they take pay for the report, take a survey and immediately receive a PDF report output delivered to their inbox or displayed on their browser.

This tool will be part of a larger website that I would, preferably, like to have on a Wix or Squarespace platform so I can easily manage it.

I would like the database to be accessible using SQLite because that’s a database I know how to use and query.

I started building the web application and database myself as a Flask application using Node and React. However it has been taking me a long time because I’m not a developer at all and am learning as I am going. I can send the .py and .js files files in my project as they are and discuss where I’ve left off on the project. The initial MVP of the product was made in Excel and PowerBI. I have attached a copy of the Excel file with a lot of data removed (this is a proprietary tool). I have also attached the report output that I generated from PowerBI.
