adminDescription: Often times, managers talk about hiring A-lvl players and wanting to create a culture of only A players. However, most individuals don’t really know if they are A players and what they need to do to become A players.
We need help creating a test that would help people find out if they are A-lvl players. They should answer questions from the below 8 key categories, and get a score. They would get the score on their email – there would be an overall score and also score for each of the 8 disciplines.
There are 10 questions below. Each answer is worth 1-5 points. The test should sum up these and give a total score. It should be easy to change questions or scoring later down the line.
We have the test questions, but we need help creating a website where individuals will be able to access that. The budget is not big so ideally you should use tools/plugins without needing to code the entire thing from scratch.
User experience:
– Land on the landing page and click a big button to take the test
– Leave the email address before you start the test (to get the test results after completing it)
– Start taking the test:
o A screen changes after completing each of the 10 questions (ideally capability to add a different image for each question)
o A progress bar at the top
– End screen saying the results are on email
Point to consider:
– Design is not important to start with, we would like it to just work and we can add colours, imagery after
– Creating this on a platform that could API into ChatGPT eventually
– The idea is to potentially ask open ended questions and have chatgpt evaluate the answer (I know this could be done through WordPress, but not sure if other solutions would also work)
– The test will be intented for individuals, and it should be fun and engaging
– The goal is to just collect a lot of data to start with and keep working on and optimizing the test
– The first deliverable should just be an MVP – a working version with a very basic capabilities, but where we can keep improving
