We are a dynamic personal injury law firm seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integration Specialist to lead the integration and build-out of Periscope 2.0 DOMO into our FileVine case management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics platforms, specifically DOMO, and a proven track record of integrating such systems with FileVine.
Responsibilities:
Analyze our current case management workflows and data analytics needs to determine the most efficient way to integrate Periscope 2.0 DOMO with FileVine.
Develop and implement a detailed integration plan, ensuring minimal disruption to our daily operations.
Customize DOMO dashboards and reports to meet the specific needs of our legal team, focusing on key metrics and data visualization that aid in case management and decision-making processes.
Ensure secure data transfer between FileVine and DOMO, adhering to the highest standards of data privacy and protection.
Provide training and support to our staff to maximize the usage of the new integrated system.
Conduct thorough testing of the integrated system to ensure stability and reliability.
Offer ongoing maintenance and updates as needed, including troubleshooting and resolving any integration issues.
Collaborate with FileVine and DOMO support teams to optimize the integration and utilization of both platforms.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in integrating data analytics platforms (DOMO preferred) with other software, ideally within the legal industry.
Familiarity with FileVine case management software or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of data analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical staff.
Proficient in maintaining data security and privacy standards.
Experience working in or with personal injury law firms is a plus.

Work Hours: Flexible, but must be available for weekly check-ins and as needed for urgent issues.

Hourly Range: $25.00-$50.00
