Our app is evolving, and we’re seeking a talented freelance iOS Developer to join our journey beyond the MVP stage. Our app, focused on authentic social image sharing, is ready to scale with new features and enhancements. If you’re passionate about crafting seamless, engaging mobile experiences and have a keen eye for detail, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:

– Work in tandem with our primary developer to iterate and expand the app.
– Employ Swift for native iOS development, creating intuitive and polished user interfaces with Storyboards and UIKit.
– Utilize CoreData for efficient data management and CryptoKit for enhancing data security.
– Integrate and manage AWS services including Amplify, Cognito, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, API Gateway, and SNS to build robust, scalable app functionalities.
– Ensure the application’s performance and stability across all devices, maintaining high standards of code quality and usability.
– Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from planning and implementation to testing and release.
– Collaborate closely with the team to refine features, solve challenges, and deliver updates that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.

Skills and Qualifications:

– Proven track record in native iOS app development, with a portfolio showcasing released applications on the Apple App Store.
– Deep knowledge of Swift and familiarity with iOS frameworks such as UIKit, CoreData, and CryptoKit.
– Experience with AWS mobile development services (Amplify, Cognito, Lambda, etc.) and understanding of cloud infrastructure and services.
– Strong grasp of modern iOS user interface design, application performance optimization, and Apple’s human interface guidelines.
– Proficient in database management, capable of integrating and utilizing AWS DynamoDB for data storage solutions.
– Expertise in implementing secure, server-side operations to handle sensitive user data and media content with utmost privacy.
– Familiarity with the App Store submission, review, and release process, ensuring compliance with all of Apple’s guidelines.
– Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and effective communication abilities to keep all stakeholders informed.
