I’m a designer myself and have so many projects coming in through Upwork that I have been turning many of them down….
I don’t want to do that anymore! So if you’re an intermediate or even newer designer looking for fairly consistent fair paying work, please apply!
I need someone who has a knack for design. It is definitely what we value most – if you can make a website look like a work of art, or willing to learn, you’re the one we need!
We start everything we do from themes – so don’t feel pressure to need to be the best designer – but if you are, we’ll take you :).
– Communication is huge. We will handle the clients for now- your english doesn’t need to be perfect.
– Project Management opportunties in the future.
– Room for more work in the future (maybe contract to hire later on).
– No pressure if you go a different direction at any time. As long as you finish current workload we are fine!
