We are seeking a skilled and experienced Database Migration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting SQL database data to MongoDB, ensuring a seamless and efficient migration process. Responsibilities:

Database Assessment:

Conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing SQL databases to identify data structures, relationships, and dependencies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and data migration goals.
Migration Planning:

Design and develop a detailed migration plan outlining the step-by-step process for converting SQL data to MongoDB.
Evaluate and choose appropriate tools and techniques for efficient data migration.
Data Transformation:

Implement data transformation processes to ensure compatibility between SQL and MongoDB data models.
Develop scripts and programs for mapping and transforming data elements.
Testing and Validation:

Conduct thorough testing of the migration process to identify and address any issues or inconsistencies.
Collaborate with QA teams to validate data accuracy and integrity in the MongoDB environment.
Documentation:

Create comprehensive documentation of the migration process, including scripts, methodologies, and validation procedures.
Provide training and support to other team members involved in the migration.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in SQL and MongoDB database management.
Strong knowledge of database structures, data modeling, and query optimization.
Previous experience with successful data migration projects, particularly from SQL to MongoDB.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for data transformation.
Familiarity with database migration tools and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Requirements:

Hourly Range: $20.00-$30.00
