Responsibilities:

– Conceptualize and Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and design visually appealing landing pages that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
– Motion Graphics: Develop captivating motion graphics and animations that enhance the overall user experience, ensuring a balance between aesthetics and functionality.
– Optimization: Work closely with the development team to ensure the optimized performance of landing pages, considering factors such as page load times and overall user experience.
– Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continually enhance the quality and innovation of our digital experiences.

Qualifications:
– Proven Experience: A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in motion/interaction design, particularly within the context of dynamic web pages.
– Animation Skills: Proficient in creating captivating motion graphics and animations using tools such as Adobe After Effects or similar applications.
– Responsive Design: Experience in designing and implementing responsive web pages that provide an optimal viewing experience across various devices.
– Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs to achieve the best results.
– Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to find creative solutions to design challenges and user experience issues.
– Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.
– User Interaction: Implement interactive elements that encourage user engagement, such as hover effects, scroll-triggered animations, and other innovative techniques to create a memorable and immersive user journey.
– BONUS: Webflow Development Expertise: Utilize Webflow to bring designs to life, leveraging its capabilities to create dynamic and responsive landing pages that adapt to various devices and screen sizes.

Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Web Design, or a related field is preferred.
