I have a large web application written in JavaScript. It uses GraphQL, React, and other modern npm tooling.

I would like to convert the entire repo to TypeScript to improve type safety, maintainability, and other objectives.

There are 2,000 JavaScript files for a total of 180k lines of code.

Your job is to convert all JavaScript files to TypeScript, with small PRs (5-10 files at a time). The TypeScript must be structured well, with minimal use of any and no type casting. You will be expected to learn and follow our code quality standards.

Do *NOT* ask for a call in your proposal. You *must* provide an estimate of the total cost in your initial proposal or it will NOT be considered.
