Our goal is to enhance our online presence with advanced e-commerce features, including product bundles, appointment booking, and exclusive member pricing. Additionally, we aim to seamlessly integrate Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Bookings, Zoho Books, Zoho Invoice, and Zoho Billing into our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Migrate our existing Shopify store to Zoho Commerce, ensuring minimal disruption to our sales and operations.
Implement product bundling features, appointment scheduling capabilities, members-only pricing structures, and invoicing.
Integrate our e-commerce platform with Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Bookings, and Zoho Books, Zoho Invoice, and Zoho Billing
Define and map out detailed user workflows and processes tailored to our business needs.
Develop comprehensive documentation for staff to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of the new system.
Provide ongoing support and implement improvements post-setup, with a focus on leveraging additional Zoho tools to optimize our business processes.
Required Experience:
Proven track record of successful migrations from Shopify to Zoho Commerce or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and the ability to implement complex features such as product bundles and appointment booking.
Extensive experience with Zoho applications, particularly Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Bookings, and Zoho Books.
Ability to provide strategic recommendations and develop clear documentation for process mapping and staff onboarding.
Experience in training non-technical staff to use new e-commerce and CRM tools effectively.
Project Timeline: The initial migration and setup should be completed within 2 months, with further improvements and integrations to continue thereafter.
