CopperPress, a U.S.-based digital consulting firm, is looking for a full-time, Full Stack WordPress Developer located in the Philippines to join our small but dedicated team. We specialize in providing innovative digital solutions for mid-sized publishers and content creators, and we’re looking for someone who can bring their top-notch PHP and WordPress skills to the table.

This is an overnight shift starting at 11pm Manila time.

This role is only open to candidates located in the Philippines. Applications from people outside of the Philippines or from staffing firms will be automatically deleted.

Role:
As our principal developer, you’ll work side by side with our U.S. team to develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins. Your role will be integral to the growth and functionality of the tools we build, with the ultimate aim of turning these custom solutions into free and paid WordPress plugins and tools. You’ll be working remotely but must be available during U.S. business hours. This will be an overnight shift starting at 11PM manila time.

Responsibilities:
* Build WordPress themes from scratch.
* Develop and maintain a variety of plugins.
* Update projects with new functionality as required.

Qualifications:
* Fluent English speaker.
* Outstanding PHP and WordPress development skills.
* Minimum of 5 years of WordPress development experience.
* Familiarity with the Laravel PHP framework and Tailwind CSS is beneficial.
* Familiarity with AI based tools, such as ChatGPT is beneficial.
* Availability to work during U.S. business hours with the shift starting at 11pm Manila time.

What We Offer:
* A full-time role starting with a one-month contract, with the goal of it turning into a permanent position.
* A salary of 182,000PHP/mo., paid weekly, which works out to 42kPHP/week.
