We are a Real Estate Investment company located in Denver, Colorado. We use the CRM Podio, and we experience frequent coding issues that we would like to find a permanent solution to.  These issues involve incoming and outgoing correspondence, task setting and deletion, Zapier and other API integrations.  While we do not have enough work for full-time, consistent employment, we would like to offer an open contracts to a developer who can assist when needed.  We would charge by the hour and engage the developer when issue arise.  For ad-hoc larger project that may arise, we would look to establish a second, separate contract with an appropriate and agreed upon rate.  We have worked with a developer in this manner for over a year, but the developer failed to resolve issues permanently, resulting in continuous fixing of the same issues over and over each month.  If you are interested in this part-time opportunity, please reach out with your experience around Podio.  Thank you – Lee, COO
