High Level: We are the advertising arm of a financial media publisher. We are looking to build out an all-in-one client and contract database that acts as a CRM and fulfillment tracker.

Current Status: We currently have a half built AirTable base with minimal automations and several G Sheets being used as trackers across different product lines.

Goal: The goal would be to build the base, integrate the different data sources, automate wherever possible and integrate with Salesforce and other tools.

Timeline/Scope: This is a starting project; there may be opportunity after the base is built for ongoing maintenance work as well.

Ideal Prospect: Ideally, we’re looking for an experienced AirTable specialist who has a knack for understanding workflows and processes and how different pieces of data inform these workflows and processes. We are willing to work from our existing base, or start over from scratch.

Timeline: Ideally, we’d like this project finished in 30-90 days from outset, if not sooner.

Getting Started: If possible, we’d love to review examples of prior similar work and review a proposal ahead of signing into the project. We can provide access to our existing base and data sources as needed to assess scope of work and budget.

Hourly Range: $30.00-$150.00
