[maximum priority] I have a website that gets user input and cross references that data against a text file on my server. I would like to append information to another file which will also be on my server, but first there needs to be another search whether the information is already in the file. If the input data already exists in the file the date associated with the entry is to be changed to the current date. preferably, using a custom build calendar. If information does not appear in the file the data is appended to the end of the file and a dynamic counter is updated to help organize the entries.

I would also like to do this securely. Only requests from the host URL  is accepted and I would like to eventually implement a login or temporary user access which would allow a push/merge function to create a current database every week.

(minimal priority) ability to add links to calendar with a description, picture, and/or video for a specific day

The data files are examples of data that will be store in the file on the server.
