The chosen solution must integrate seamlessly with specified digital signage players for content playback. Our goal is to establish a dynamic, user-friendly, and scalable digital signage system for deployment across multiple international locations.

Project Scope:

System Design and Architecture:

– Develop a comprehensive design incorporating HTML5 for content rendering.
– Use cloud-based hosting solutions.
– Ensure integration with specified digital signage players for consistent playback.
– Incorporate touch feedback and control on supported displays.
Content Management:

– Implement a content management system (CMS) supporting images (jpg, png) and videos (MP4).
– Enable remote content updates and synchronization across multiple devices.
– Control access via Okta SAML 2.0 login.

User Interface (UI) Design:

– Design an intuitive back-end UI for content management and scheduling.
– Facilitate easy content uploading, editing, playlist creation, and scheduling.
– Design front-end digital signage to play content as a slideshow, with navigation and floorplan display features where appropriate.

Scalability:

– Ensure the solution is scalable for future expansion or reduction in locations and displays.

Security:

– Implement security measures to prevent unauthorized access and ensure content integrity.

Localization and Multilingual Support:

– Include features for content in different languages and meet diverse cultural requirements.

Training and Documentation:

– Provide training for system administrators and deliver comprehensive documentation.

Compliance:

– Adhere to industry standards and regulations relevant to digital signage systems.
