We are seeking a Shopify Support Specialist for a freelance role available through Upwork. The specialist will play a key role in customizing a Shopify theme to align with our client’s brand, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing website. Responsibilities include theme customization, content placement, page layout development, and providing comprehensive training to the client’s team.

Responsibilities:

Theme Customization: Customize the Shopify theme to reflect the client’s brand ethos, ensuring a visually cohesive website.
Content Placement: Arrange provided content, including images and text, to optimize user experience and visual appeal, ensuring appropriate placement on each page.
Page Layout Development: Develop the core pages of the website, focusing on design and functionality.
Revisions: Conduct up to two rounds of revisions based on feedback, noting that additional revisions will incur extra charges.
Knowledge Transfer: Provide a basic training for the client’s team, covering:
Product Management: Guide on how to add, edit, and manage product listings, including pricing, inventory, and variations.
Content Creation: Instructions on creating, editing, and publishing blog posts, with SEO considerations.
Shopify Admin Training: Overview of the Shopify backend, including order processing, customer management, analytics, and troubleshooting.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience with Shopify platform, including theme customization and web development.
Strong understanding of web design principles and user experience.
Ability to provide effective training on Shopify functionalities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to feedback and perform necessary revisions.
